Appointments: The house consists of 2 apartments (no. 1 and no. 2). Apartment no. 1 is more spacious and sleeps 2 persons. The flats are located next to each other on the first floor. Apartment no. 2 disposes also of a separate bedroom (twin beds). This breakfast kitchen is equipped with all utensils necessary for the preparation of small dishes. There also is a dining recess with a table and chairs. The bathroom contains a tub, a washing basin, and a toilet.
From the apartment you’ve got a wonderful view over Borbalán and Puntilla to the Atlantic Ocean. On the next floor you’ll find the large roof deck which is separated (by a small wall) into two terraces. Both terraces are furnished with a table, chairs, sunbeds and sunshades. The roof deck offers a view over Borbalán and La Puntilla to the sea and also in direction to La Calera and La Playa. WiFi and SAT TV are at the guests’ disposal.
