Appointments: We have been offering the El Mago flat house in Borbalan for many years. We look forward to welcoming our regular guests as well as new visitors to these beautifully designed, modern and tastefully furnished flats.
On the ground floor there is a large terrace; as of now the guests can barbecue here on request. The house consists of 6 apartments which spread over two floors. 2 apartments and 1 studio with balcony are situated on the second floor of the house. On the third floor there are 3 aticos (penthouses), each with a private terrace. The size of the flats varies between 35 and 40 m2. All flats offer a view over the houses of Borbalan until La Puntilla and to the Atlantic Ocean. The aticos on the third floor offer a wonderful wide view of the sea but you can also see the sea from the second floor.
All flats dispose of a fully equipped kitchen unit (toaster, microwave, electric kettle, cafetera, coffee filter) as well as of a bathroom with bathtub or shower.
Second floor:
The tastefully furnished Studio 2D consists of a combined living room and bedroom (separate sleeping area with double bed (1.35×1.90m) with integrated kitchen and a comfortable sofa-bed, a bathroom and a small balcony.
The apartments 2E and 2A additionally dispose of a separate bedroom. All balconies are furnished with a table and chairs.
The flat and the balcony of apartment 2A are larger than those of the other flats on the second floor. Each of the three flats on the third floor disposes of its own terrace. The terraces are separated from each other by a wall of about 1.45m height. The aticos are also furnished with completely equipped kitchen units and a full bath. All terraces are furnished with a table and chairs as well as sunbeds.
Atico 3A disposes of 2 separate bedrooms, the terrace is accessed via one of them. The combined living room and kitchen is equipped with table and chairs, a sofa-bed and a gas cooker with baking oven.
Atico 3B disposes of a bedroom with double bed (1.35×1.90m), a kitchen with sofa-bed and a full bath. Atico 3C offers a bedroom with twin beds, the terrace is accessed via this bedroom. There is a comfortable leather sofa in the spacious combination of living room and kitchen. The family lives on the ground floor of the house and also offers advance shopping on the day of arrival on request.. SAT-TV and WIFI.
