The large terrace of 30 m2 with western direction offers a sea view with direction to the island El Hierro on one side. On the other side you’ll see the imposing orange and brown vulcanic cliff, and the palms of the neighbouring garden invite day dreaming. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom and a living room with integrated kitchen unit, sofa and dining area. The sanitary facilities consist of shower and toilet. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove with 4 glass-ceramic cooktops and an oven. A washing machine is available. The bedroom disposes of a double bed (2x2m). Still the furniture is changed and renewed little by little now. You can admire the sunset from the spacious terrace almost every day, and at night let yourself be enchanted by the starry sky while you listen to the sounds of the ocean. The sandy beaches in La Playa and the natural beach Playa del Inglés are at striking distance.
