Appointments: We are glad to be able to offer the new Atico Cabellito de Mar as of now. It sleeps 1-4 persons. This roof-top flat is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the Calle de Vueltas.
The Atico is furnished very tastefully. It disposes of a living space of appr. 60 m². The Caballito de Mar disposes of a separate bedroom, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 1-2 persons, and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. In the livingroom you’ll find a well equipped kitchen unit (large refridgerator, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, ceramic stove top with 4 hobs, oven, sink, cooking utensils). A washing machine is at the guests’ disposal, too. The bathroom contains a shower cabin, a toilet, and a washing basin (baby changing unit, baby tub). From the living area you’ll reach the generously spaced private terrace, furnished with a table and chairs as well as sunbeds and a sunshade.
It should be mentioned that the flat is well-suited for children. Being layed out especially for the needs of families with a baby or toddler, it disposes of a baby changing unit, a highchair, a baby tub, a crib, an area for the push chair, a babyphone and baby cutlery.
