Shopping: about 150 metres, as well as in the farm shop of the Biofinca (about 30 metres).

Facilities:: The Biofinca is the private residence belonging to the organic market garden Lomo del Riego. It is situated directly next to the banana plantation belonging to the nursery, idyllically surrounded by reeds and trees, on a separate plot of land and is only rented out to holidaymakers from time to time, therefore one children room and some cupboards with personal utensils are locked. A house for individualists – the lush nature in the immediate vicinity, the construction, but also the furnishing of this detached house stand out from most, “usual” flats and holiday homes in Valle Gran Rey.

The interior is bright and friendly and, in addition to the garden and the spacious terrace (furnished with table and chairs), offers plenty of space to linger and relax. Books and games may be shared. Hot water is supplied by a solar thermal system, but can be converted to electric if required. Only ecological products are used for cleaning and maintenance.

The finca offers space for up to 5 people and is on 2 levels. On the higher level there is a separate bedroom (double bed 1.35 x 1.90), the kitchen, the dining room with table and chairs and a sitting area (sofa bed 1.20 x 2.00) with a small coffee table. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, cooker with oven, sink, dishes and all utensils for the preparation of smaller to larger dishes.

From the dining room, a short flight of stairs leads up to the partly covered terrace or down through the other door into the garden. From the terrace you have a wonderful view into the green and over La Puntilla to the sea.

From the dining room area, a few steps lead to the lower part of the house. Here you will find the bathroom (bathtub, toilet and washbasin, washing machine) and another bedroom (double bed 1.40 x 2.00). From this bedroom a door leads into the garden with trees and tropical plants. In addition, there is a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Free WiFi.

This finca is especially popular with families. However, small children should be used to dealing with stairs!
