Appointments: The apartment complex Casa Alejandra was built into the mountain in a terraced way. The complex is situated in the rear part of La Calera.
We can offer two tastefully furnished flats on the topmost (6th) floor of the house. Up to the 4th floor, there is an elevator.
Living room, dining area (table and 4 chairs, satellite TV) and fitted kitchen form the living area with integrated kitchen unit. The kitchens are well equipped with sink, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. They offer all common utensils for preparing small dishes. The flats also offer a washing machine. The bathrooms consist of a shower cabin, toilet and washing basin. Both flats dispose of a separate bedroom with twin beds.
The apartment has a balcony which is accessible via the living room. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountain, Borbálan and La Puntilla as well as the sea. There are a sunshade, table, chairs and sun loungers for the guests.
The Atico is located at the front end of the house with direction of the sea; therefore it offers a frontal view of the lower valley and the Atlantic Ocean. The private terrace is accessible from the living room as well as from the bedroom. The terrace offers a fantastic view of the mountain, the lower Valle Gran Rey with palm trees and banana fields and the Atlantic Ocean. The terrace is furnished with table, chairs, sunshade and sun loungers.
There is satellite TV and free WiFi for the guests.
