Appointments: Casa de la Abuela consists of two houses, both of which are situated on the same property. The house consists of 2 separate flats with two bedrooms each. The vivienda is located in front at the Calle Lepanto, house 2 (apartment) is situated at the rear part of the property. The furnishings of both houses are pleasant and modern.

The furnishings are pleasant and modern. The apartment disposes of two separate bedrooms (with a large window to the garden), one of which is furnished with twin beds. The other bedroom disposes of a double bed (1.35×1.90m). The kitchen with a table and chairs is located in the entrance area of the flat. The front door is a large double wing door which opens completely and offers a wonderful view of the rural part of La Playa. The well equipped kitchen unit is furnished with a stove with four burners, an oven, a sink, a refridgerator, and all utensils necessary for preparing small dishes. The bathroom contains a shower, a washing basin, and a toilet. From the second bedroom, you can reach the large private roof garden via the patio and a stairway. The roof garden is fitted with sunbeds and a table with chairs. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside and of the mountain La Merica.

Viviendas in the front house

In the lower part of the house is the apartment Vivienda 1 (bajo). This consists of a living room with two sofa beds, coffee table, SAT-TV and an open bedroom with two single beds (separated by a curtain). The open bedroom faces the street, as part of the house was formerly used as a shop. There is another bedroom furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, WC and a washbasin. Via the hallway you enter the well-equipped eat-in kitchen (cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator). From the kitchen, which is equipped with table and chairs, you enter the courtyard through a door. This is partly covered.

The upper apartment Vivienda 2 (alto) has its own furnished terrace. It consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a combined living room with kitchenette, where there is also a satellite TV.
