It disposes of a combined living room with sofa bed, an integrated kitchen unit and a dining area with table and chairs.
The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove with two cooktops, an exhaust hood, a refrigerator and all the utensils necessary for preparing small dishes. The living area leads to a small balcony which offers a direct view of the main beach and the sea. The balcony offers space for two persons and is furnished with a small table and chairs.
The apartment El Geco disposes of 2 separate bedrooms (both with a window to the patio). One of the bedrooms (appr. 12 sqm.) is furnished with a double bed (1.60×2.00), the other one (nursery, appr. 7 sqm.) with a bunk bed (90cmx200cm). Both bedrooms are in the rear part of the flat, not in the direction of the promenade.
