Appointments: Casa Askanova is a house built in the typical Canary style, it was renovated lovingly during the last years. This beautiful house consists of 2 halves, the one on the right side can be rented by tourists. The house sleeps 1-5 persons and is suitable for families with children. The guests can use the washing mashine of the house. Casa Askanova stretches over two levels. On the ground floor you’ll find the kitchen, the renovated shower-bathroom, the living room with dining room, and a bedroom with twin beds. The upper floor holds two more bedrooms and the private terrace. The kitchen fittings are simple and practical, the kitchen disposes of a gas cooker with 3 burners, a sink, and a refridgerator as well as kitchen utensils for the preparation of small dishes. Living room and dining room are furnished with two sofas, dining recess, stereo and SAT-TV. The corridor leads to the first floor and to the other bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, this room is the access room for the third bedroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a daybed. The large private roof garden offers a beautiful view of the mountain and the sea. It is fitted with sunbeds and a table with chairs.

Final cleaning: up to 5 people Euro 60.00, from 6 persons (with apartment use) final cleaning Euro 80.00. The additional apartment booking is only possible for the entire travel period.
