| Location: Situated centrally in the quarter La Playa, only few steps necessary to reach beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Shopping: 50 m Beach: 200 m Restaurants: 50 m Appointments: At Casa Los Medanos we can offer you a house half in a duplex house. On the ground floor you find the kitchen unit, a living room and a bathroom. You can reach the garden from the living room. Each duplex-half disposes of three separate bedrooms. They are located on the upper floor. One bedroom is furnished with a single bed, the other two with a double bed each. Each bedroom has its private balcony. The second bathroom is located on the upper floor. Each duplex-half is equipped with kitchen utensils like Spanish or electrical coffeemaker, cooker with ceramic hob, crockery and cutlery. There also is a washing machine. Moreover there is SAT-TV and Wifi. These houses don’t have a view of the sea but you can reach the beach of La Playa and Playa del Íngles by foot within few minutes.
