Furnishing: Casa Tia Rita is situated on a property of appr. 700 m² and surrounded by terrace fields and palm trees. This old historical farm house was renovated lovingly in 2003/2004. It disposes of a habitable surface of appr. 65m². The spacious private terrace (ca. 13 m²) invites for dreaming and relaxing. The terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sunbeds, and it offers a fantastic view of the village and to the sea. A large private garden belongs to the estate. Barbecuing is permitted, and a barbecue is at the guests’ disposal. Casa Tia Rita consists of 2 bedrooms (one double bed, twin beds), a large living room with kitchen unit, air conditioning (with TV), and a shower bath (with washing mashine). The kitchen is equipped with all prevalent devices. Bedlinen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are prepared for the guests.
