Location: The finca El Pajar is situated at the small street (one direction) from Borbalán to La Puntilla (behind Hotel Gran Rey, opposite of the tennis court). Behind the house there is a huge banana plantation.

Appointments: The finca El Pajar is a real treasure. Many of our guests have known it for years from their walks around the Valle when they used the small street from Puntilla to Borbalán. The finca sleeps 1-3 persons.
Agate leads the visitor into their own little garden (patio) with flowers and a shady avocado tree, where the cozy lounge seating area invites you to linger. From here you can get into the house or via the stairs to your own roof terrace. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, a parasol and sun loungers. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the Altantik or high into the valley.
The entrance leads into the living area, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa area (which can also be folded out to form a double bed) with side tables and satellite TV.
The kitchen is spatially separated from the living room and consists of a sink, refrigerator, ceramic hob with two hotplates and a microwave (no oven), as well as a cozy dining area with table and chairs. Dishes and pots, pans and the usual utensils for preparing smaller dishes are available. The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet and shower. The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a bedside cabinet and a simple closet. In the small annex there is also a washing machine that guests can use. Free WiFi.
A great alternative for our guests who want to spend their vacation on a small finca in the lower Valle, but still not in the middle of town.
